Ted Talks are great way to listen to some positive and thought provoking topics in a short, sharp way. They are a maximum of 18 minute videos with speakers who specialise in a particular topic.  A Ted Talk is great when you are on a short walk or short journey.

We all want to have a happy life and Sam is here to show people just how they can do that.
